These machines automatically grind, tamp, and extract the coffee and espresso, and some of them (called "1-step machines") automatically steam and froth milk, and add it to the espresso to make latte and cappuccino.

Our large commercial espresso machines do not ship "right off the shelf." They must be bench-tested for several days, and then crated and freighted. While you will likely get your espresso machine within 2-3 weeks, we can't guarantee this. You should allow as much as 6-weeks lead time when ordering a large commercial espresso machine. This is in case there is a backlog of machines to be tested, and in case we find things during test that should be addressed prior to shipping.

Large commercial espresso machines require installation - meaning connection to water, connection to 220 Volt service (for 2-group machines and larger), and a floor drain. We will explain in detail what is required in the sections below, and we will arrange for installation for you. We know that it can be nerve-wracking when you are opening a shop. We don't want you to have any surprises, and we will take care of you.

Contact us prior to ordering for a better estimate on when you will likely be up and running. Note that sales on commercial espresso machines are final once they are installed, but we are committed to work with you to make sure that you are satisfied with your installation.
