2.5 Liter Gravity Airpots

AGP-2.5 is a specially designed thermally insulated gravity airpot for exclusive use with Precision Brew model B-DGP, as shown in the picture. The AGP-2.5 gravity airpot allows people to serve themselves by placing a cup under the airpot, and simply opening the spigot (i.e., by gravity alone). This makes service very simple.

This 2.5 liter thermally insulated airpot will keep about 16 cups of beverages either hot or cold for 6-8 hours. These airpots are made for use exclusively with model B-DGP. Airpots should be preheated prior to use by filling with hot water (either using the hot-water spigot on the machine, or by doing a first "empty" brew cycle) and then emptying the water.

Not only is the use of thermal airpots more energy efficient than keeping coffee warm on a hotplate, but the coffee in a thermal airpot will not continue to "cook" (as on a hot plate), so it will retain its original full-bodied flavor without becoming bitter, and without boiling dry.
