These are extra think 18/10 stainless steel pitchers with a high-gloss finish, and an orbital "domed" shape to facilitate circular motion of your milk when you are frothing it.

The steel is extra thick - these pitchers weigh nearly double what a standard pitcher weighs. What that does is that it keeps the milk COLD much longer so that you can blow more air into the milk to make a much richer froth.
