We feature two lines of superautomatic commercial espresso machines from WMF. All of these machines are built to the highest standards of engineering, and are designed to automatically prepare a wide range of hot beverages from 2 coffee bean hoppers, a powdered chocolate hopper and one or more cold milk input lines. All drinks are prepared automatically for you and your customers at the simple push of a button.
The WMF 1400 line is for small daily volume. The WMF 1400 come in Standalone configurations (with internal water tanks - so they need not be connected to a water line), and in plumbed configurations.
The WMF Bistro line is for large volume, and all are plumbed (connected to a water source). The WMF Bistro comes as a 2-Step machine (meaning that the operator froths the milk using an automatic steam wand), or as a 1-Step machine (meaning that the machine does it all). The 2-Step version allows higher peak volumes, since the frothing is done concurrently by the operator. Note that this requires a little more electrical power (a 30A circuit instead of 20A).
The WMF 1400 line is made for moderate commercial use. It is intended for shops that will make 80-120 espresso-based drinks per day, but is not intended for much heavier use. The WMF 1400 can be configured to work with an internal water tank so that no plumbing is needed, or it can be connected to a water line.
The WMF Bistro Line is built for serious, high-volume commercial use, and will produce up to 300 espresso drinks per hour. All are plumbed (connected to water). The WMF Bistro comes as a "1-Step" machine (meaning that it processes the milk for cappuccino and latte internally and automatically, and adds it to the drink being prepared), or as a "2-Step" machine (meaning that milk should be frothed or steamed by the operator using the external automatic wand, and then added to the drink manually).
