The WMF 1400 is a commercial line of 1-Step (Ultra-automatic) machines designed to make a wide range of espresso-based drinks in small to medium volume. These machines are meant for volumes of 80-120 general espresso-based drinks per day, but should not be used for volumes much larger than this.
The WMF 1400 will automatically prepare regular and decaf espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, hot chocolates, and cafe mochas. Milk for these drinks is automatically heated and frothed by the WMF combi-spout. The WMF 1400s below are all plumbed models, which are connected to your shop's water line.

Every WMF 1400 machine comes with a touch-screen display to control it, and automatic cleaning program, a hot water dispenser, and an internal spent-grounds container. With multiple milk & water connection options, a small footprint, and a 120 Volt power source, the WMF 1400 is very versatile and easy to install.
All WMF 1400 espresso machines have two coffee hoppers so that you have a choice of coffees, including decaf. The plumbed WMF 1400 models all have milk input lines, but come with two more options: whether there is an additional cocoa hopper, and in addition, whether it has the Plug & Clean option.
Any WMF 1400 machine can be purchased with an internal refrigerator box (sold separately) for keeping up to a liter of milk ice cold for automatic use in cappuccino, latte, and other beverages.
