Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, the base is designed for use on gas cook tops as well as on electrical and glass-ceramic. It is not suitable for induction plates. Stella also includes a special reducer micro filter which allows to prepare only half the total capacity without sacrificing the quality of the results.
Please note the following conversions:
Inox Lucido 4-cup = 7.75 fl.oz. (230 ml)
Inox Lucido 6-cup = 12.15 fl.oz. (360 ml)
Inox Lucido 10-cup = 17.92 fl.oz. (530 ml)
