The handsome Saeco Aroma espresso/cappuccino machine fits in any décor and is the perfect size to place on a kitchen or bar counter top. A compact size, yet it contains an 85 oz. water reservoir and a sizable boiler. The Aroma was designed as a medium price espresso machine that excels at making espresso drinks including lattes, mochas, cappuccino and all of your favorite coffee house drinks.

Pressurized Portafilter

By pressurizing the brewing chamber with the nickel-plated brass pressurized portafilter, you will have a perfect espresso extraction time after time. A small spring-loaded valve located beneath the filter basket remains closed until enough pressure builds up to open it, thereby releasing the perfect golden crema espresso.

Pod Capable

The redesigned Saeco Aroma now comes with a special filter basket that is pod capable. The pressurized portafilter accommodates the E.S.E. (easy serving espresso) pods so you can just pop one in if you don't want to deal with ground coffee or if you're in a rush. Easy cleanup and no mess! (Pods can be purchased separately.)

Pannarello Frothing Tip

Your Aroma stainless steel steam wand makes excellent foam. In an instant, the steam wand converts the milk in your 12 or 20 oz. frothing pitcher into frothy foam for lattes and cappuccinos. Mounted on a swivel joint, the wand conveniently swings aside and clean up is a snap.

Perfect Espresso No Matter What The Consistency Of The Grind

It stands to reason that the correct texture of the coffee grounds and the right pressure used to pack them, (known as tamping), makes a huge difference in the quality of espresso produced, a problem for novices on other machines. The Aroma’s heavy-duty pressurized portafilter does away with that concern by pressurizing the brewing chamber to improve extraction from the ground beans, promoting the perfect brewing conditions.

85 oz. Water Tank

The 85 oz. water reservoir is prefect for home and entertaining. You can brew a number of espressos and then refill the reservoir right where it’s at, even if it is still brewing. Simple to remove, the reservoir can also be carried to a faucet.

Powerful Pump System

The Aroma boasts a powerful vibratory pump rated at 15 BAR of pressure, the same pump found on top of the line Saeco espresso machines to pull maximum flavor from the coffee beans.

Removable Cup Tray, Drip Pan & Cup Warming Shelf

This removable cup tray and plastic drip pan make clean up simple. The polished steel construction makes it simply stylish. A cold cup can pull the heat and heart right out of an espresso. If you’ve ever had a tepid espresso you’ll know how important a warmed cup can be. The Aroma provides a stainless steel passive heat cup warmer that cleverly eliminates the problem.

Safe, Rapid Recovery Boiler

No hot water, no espresso. The Aroma keeps hot water coming with a large stainless steel quick recovery boiler of stainless steel. This boiler also has burnout protection; a thermal fuse to shut down the heating element should the machine run dry during operation.

Additional Product Information & Maintenance:

In order to keep the inside of your machine healthy; it must be periodically cleaned. Scale buildup from naturally occurring minerals in your water can build up on sensitive components like the inside of the boiler, which left unchecked can cause considerable damage to the machine. By descaling your machine every two-three months, your machine will be trouble-free for years. Saeco espresso machine cleaner can be purchased from us or by calling the support number in your user guide. Descaling and general cleaning is important even if you have a sophisticated water filter system, and especially if you use well water.

Installation & Accessories:

This machine requires no special plumbing or electrical outlets in order to operate. Just plug it in, fill it up and it is ready to go. All accessories needed for immediate operation of the Aroma are provided with purchase.
