Rosewood Handled Coffee Tampers (53mm, 56mm, or 58 mm)

At TheCoffeeBrewers, we offer only a single coffee tamper for commercial use because we feel that it is the best no-nonsense coffee tamper, and it is a very handsome coffee tamper to boot. It comes with a solid, natural grain, polished rosewood handle, and a very hard stainless steel head that will resist nicks and dents.

We recommend that you do not wash these coffee tampers in the dishwasher, because over time, the dishwasher will damage the beautiful wood finish and it will discolor the stainless steel head. To clean, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth in soapy water.

Note that different commercial espresso machines come with different sizes of portafilters. When ordering a coffee tamper, make sure to let us know what kind of commercial espresso machine you will be using it with. We will make sure to give you the right sized coffee tamper to work with your espresso machine.

If you are using it for a home espresso machine, please make sure that the tamping diameters listed are appropriate for your portafilter. If you are not sure, ask us prior to ordering.
