Grindmaster Precision Brew Digital coffee brewers are fully commercial coffee brewers, built and certified for restaurant use, but with the convenience of standard voltage (120 Volts). These coffee brewers connect to the building's plumbing, so will have an automatic supply of water. However, a few (but not all) of these coffee brewers can also be operated as a pourover, which is useful in emergencies, and can allow a new shop to be up and running immediately.
Because these coffee brewers are plumbed, each has a hot water spigot in the front of the unit for making tea, or for preheating coffee carafes. These coffee brewers combine durable stainless steel construction with an economical use of space. Three models are for use with glass decanters, two is for use with airpots, one for use with thermally insulated coffee decanters, and one for use with gravity aipots.
The Grindmaster Precison Brew coffee brewers contain microprocessors to control the brewing parameters precisely. These coffee brewers will hold the brewing temperature within +/- 1 degree over the course of a brewing cycle, and allow you to precisely control the amount of water used in the brewing process, as well as its flow (preinfusion). This allows you to brew a "signature" cup of coffee by specifying the brewing process precisely. Other features include the "Low-Temp No Brew" which prevents the start of a brewing cycle until the water has reached an optimal brewing temperature.

Plumbing is connected through a 1/4" flare water line. The water pressure should be between 30-80 psi.
Most of these models can be ordered in 240 Volt versions. In particular, note that the B-6, the B-DAP, and the B-DGP all pull in excess of 25 Amperes at 120 Volts. Unless you have a dedicated 30 Ampere circuit for these machines, you might want to consider installing these as 240 Volt machines. Note that since there is no "standard 240 Volt outlet," the 240 Volt versions will ship without power cords. You will need to provide the power cord to match your 240 Volt outlet in order to install the machine this way.
