The large base increases the contact surface with the heat source giving the coffee a more intense and long-lasting aroma, while the stylish, sinuous design of the handle ensures a comfortable and safe grip.
Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, the large base is designed for use on gas cook tops as well as on electrical, glass-ceramic and even induction plates.
Passione also includes a special reducer micro filter which allows to prepare only half the total capacity without sacrificing the quality of the results.
