The Pasquini Lux may be the perfect choice if you are looking for a smaller, sturdy semi-commercial grinder. Housed in heavy cast aluminum, the Pasquini Lux stepless grinder will grind beans as well as any professional. A slight turn of the knob changes the grind from either a fine Turkish to a coarser French press or anywhere in between. By pushing the micro-switch button, the user is able to grind directly into the portafilter. Alternatively, pushing the continuous grind switch will allow the user to grind continuously for about 1-1/2 minutes. A powerful 150-watt motor ensures the conical burrs will properly crush the beans to your specifications. In addition, a built-in portafilter holder ensures your grinds will hit the right place (your portafilter, of course) the first time and every time. The bean hopper is made of tinted plastic and has a removable lid. It holds about 8.8 ounces of beans. A removable plastic grate catches any spills to keep your counters nice and clean.
