We have separated our La Pavoni commercial espresso machine offerings into five sections. The La Pavoni "Compact" line comprises the original La Pavoni "Pub" models, made when space is constrained, and when your espresso business is moderate. The La Pavoni "Bar-T" series is the traditional La Pavoni full-sized espresso machine. The La Pavoni "Bar Star" series, is a fancier and newly updated redesign of the original La Pavoni Bar-T series, with several new features, sexier lines, and a beautiful "retro" look that is evocative of old-world espresso bars. Fourth, we are now featuring a classic series of Lever Operated Espresso machines. And finally, we are offering a mid-sized Superautomatic machine.

The La Pavoni Pub series comes in 1-group and 2-group configurations, and can be ordered with automatic or semiautomatic controls. These espresso machines offer a small footprint, and are suited to moderate volume operation. The Cafe model is a mid-sized 2-group espresso machine that is intermediate between the Pub and Bar Star lines. And the Bar Star commercial espresso machines feature the largest boilers in the commercial espresso machine industry, which will allow you to froth continuously. These espresso machines come with 2, 3, or 4 groups, and are made to handle the highest peak volumes of any coffee shop or espresso bar.
