Installation kit consists of a saddle valve and 1/4" plastic tubing, with a coupler. This will allow you to connect your coffee brewer to any nearby copper water pipe without calling a plumber.
To connect your plumbed coffee brewing system, all you need to do is to bolt the saddle value onto the copper water line (from your building), and then to screw down the valve stem (which is done by hand) so that it impinges the water flow.
Then simply connect the plastic tubing to the saddle valve output, and to your coffee brewer using the coupler. You now have a plumbed system.
