Crathco Classic Bubbler Cold Drink Dispensers

These Crathco Classic Bubblers use an internal refrigerator unit with R134A refrigerant to keep your drinks ice cold. The drink containers lift directly off of the top of the refrigerating unit after they have been drained of product. This makes for very easy cleaning at closing.

The Classic bubblers use an internal impeller assembly to agitate your beverages. The impeller assembly contacts the beverage where the drink containers sit on top of the unit. They are coupled to the refrigerating unit via an "O" ring and an easy-lock mechanism. The impeller mechanism keeps the beverage in the container in motion, and it makes the surface of the beverage bubble. In addition to circulation agitation, these units feature a separate spray agitator that sprays the beverage up onto the inside of the top cover to make your product look extra appealing.

This serves two functions. First, it prevents any extraneous cultures from taking root and forming within the tank. This is a sanitary measure. And second, it makes your cold beverages look extra appealing as the customers watch them bubble and swirl.

These Crathco Classic bubblers give your shop a classical, refreshing cold-drink appearance while at the same time, the keep your beverages sanitary by continuing to cycle them. And they are a cinch to disassemble and clean at closing.

The large cold-beverage containers are 5 gallons, and the small cold-beverage containers are 2.4 gallons. They come in configurations of 1, 2, and 3 large containers, or in configurations of 2 or 4 small containers.

Note that the "-3" suffix on the model number indicates that the side panels and drip tray are stainless steel. The "-4" suffix indicates that the side panels and drip tray are a sturdy white plastic. Many prefer the look of the white plastic, which is easier to keep clean. However some environments like hospitals may require stainless steel for sanitary reasons. Aside from the side panels and drip tray, the bodies of these machines are stainless steel.
