This WMF Bistro is a super-automatic "2-Step" specialty espresso machine made for high-volume and highest quality applications. The automatic temperature-sensing "micro bubbler" steam wand on the WMF Bistro can froth and/or steam milk nearly continuously with very high power. Note that the automatic frothing feature uses an air pump for effortless high quality micro bubble foam. The operator does not need experience; they can simply choose froth or steam, and the automatic wand does the rest.
This WMF Bistro 2-Step machine provides fully automatic espressos and Americanos in up to 4 different user-defined qualities (water/coffee) to be used for Cappuccinos, Lattes, and so on.
In addition to the two hoppers of coffee beans (to allow for two selections - including decaf) on the WMF Bistro, the operator can manually introduce a third type of ground espresso using the manual insert chute, if so desired.
