The Virtuoso Preciso is an enhanced version of the Virtuoso in that it features additional steps of grinding (11 micro adjustments) as well as a faster conical burr set which is 2-1/2 times as fast as the Virtuoso (1.8 g/sec to 2.5 g/sec). It offers the same 40mm commercial grade conical burrs as the original Virtuoso thereby producing excellent ground coffee for either espresso or a french press and anywhere in between.

Grind Coffee For Any Brewing Method

There are many coffee grinders on the market. However, few have the ability to grind fine enough for a professional espresso machine and coarse enough for a press pot. The Virtuoso Preciso has 40 steps of adjustment in addition to 11 micro steps of adjustment to find the perfect grind for your french press or espresso. Choose the perfect setting by turning the bean hopper to the desired position.

Commercial-Grade Conical Burrs

The Precio's 40mm grinding burrs are the same material and durability as the industry’s highest quality line of commercial conical burr coffee grinders. Conical burr grinders are exceptional at producing consistent grinds from very fine to coarse, as well as being durable and will remain sharp for many years. The burrs have a precision mounting system to ensure a stable platform for accurate grinding.

Innovative calibration

Commercial grinders have a calibration system to ensure that the grinder will grind either fine, coarse or somewhere in between. This feature is available on the Preciso. The grinders are calibrated when they are manufactured to ensure an accurate range of grind. If necessary the grinders can be user-calibrated.

Hands Free Operation

Each Preciso comes equipped with a PortaHolder, which permits hands free grinding into the Espresso portafilter. Or if you prefer, use the regular 5 oz. grounds bin which is also included.

DC Motor

The powerful, high torque motor effortlessly drives the burrs. This motor turns slowly resulting in cool, quiet operation and permits long grinding duty-cycles. The circuitry is equipped with an automatically resetting, thermal cut-off switch.

Timer Switch and Pulse Button

The Preciso has a sixty second timer for easily repeatable grind times. It also has a front-mounted pulse button that manually controls the on/off function. This is nice if you wish to grind a small amount of coffee for espresso.
